My Trainer
Philosophy

Every journey has a story, and mine has been shaped by a relentless drive to push boundaries—not just to see how far I’ve run or how much I’ve lifted, but to prepare myself and my clients for the moments that truly matter. As a trainer and athlete, I embody deliberate practice: training not just to measure effort, but to ensure that when life demands a little extra, we have a little extra to give.

This philosophy underpins everything I do. I work with clients to align their efforts with their ultimate goals, ensuring that progress is more than just numbers on a chart—it’s the confidence, resilience, and readiness to meet challenges head-on. From mentoring trainers to guiding clients through tailored strength programs, my focus has always been on creating meaningful and sustainable transformations.

Drawing from my experiences in athletic training, performing arts, motorsports, and competitive powerlifting, I bring a holistic and dynamic approach to fitness. I understand that success isn’t just about the process—it’s about keeping sight of the larger picture and empowering others to achieve what once seemed impossible.

Training isn’t just about effort; it’s about purpose, preparation, and the ability to rise to any occasion. I’m here to help clients not only reach their goals but redefine what they believe they’re capable of.

When he’s not in the gym, Andrew channels his love for speed and creativity through a variety of pursuits. You can find him skydiving, tearing through the track in a go-kart, navigating winding canyon roads, or perfecting his racing lines on his sim rig. A former member of USC's Freshmen Dance Off Team and a current participant in the performing arts extracurricular group in his DPT program, Andrew also enjoys singing, dancing, and songwriting as outlets for creative expression.

Outside of fitness and performance, Andrew finds relaxation in grilling steaks over hot, crackling charcoal and takes pride in mastering the art of dry-aging steaks at home. A devoted animal lover, he has a soft spot for dogs and cats. Any furry friends of his clients who cross his path are always guaranteed free pets and affection.

Andrew’s diverse passions reflect his dynamic personality, blending high-energy pursuits, artistic creativity, and an appreciation for life’s simple joys.
